Shipments on the tracking page are organized in columns that represent their current status. Let's break down what each status means.
Pending
If you scheduled a delivery appointment, your shipment status will be "Pending" until the consignee confirms an appointment window time. Once the shipments are scheduled or if they have expired, they will automatically be moved to “Pre-transit” or cancelled. Please note, the "Pending" column will only appear when you have pending shipments to display.
Pre-Transit
Pre-Transit, you'll notice your shipment status changing a few times.
Carrier Allocated: The carrier organization (Mothership Carrier Network or a National LTL Partner Carrier) has been tendered your shipment. In the case of same-day or next-day shipments, your driver will be assigned after your shipment is allocated.
Sub-statuses are available in your shipment history for Mothership Carrier Network shipments:
Finding Driver: Our load-matching technology is finding the most compatible driver for your shipment.
Driver Assigned: A local driver has received the offer for your shipment and accepted the job.
In transit
En route to pickup: The carrier is on their way to pick up your shipment, you can now track their route and plan accordingly. This is a good time to ensure you or your consignee will have the shipment ready in time for their arrival.
Arrived at pickup: The carrier has arrived. If your shipment is still being prepared upon their arrival, they will wait for the allotted grace period. After the grace period, if your freight is still not ready for pickup and your carrier cannot wait, you will be charged a pickup attempt fee.
En route to delivery: The carrier is on their way to deliver your shipment. Here you can follow your shipment's route and get an exact ETA to ensure you or the consignee will be available for delivery.
Arrived at delivery: The carrier has arrived, and the shipment is ready to be delivered. If the carrier arrives at the delivery location and is unable to deliver the freight for reasons beyond their control, you may be charged a delivery attempt fee.
Delayed
May be delayed: It looks like your shipment is running behind schedule.
Delayed: The shipment is delayed. Here you can track the updated schedule and view the cause of the delay.
Completed
Delivered: The shipment was successfully delivered.
Returned: Freight was unable to be delivered, and there will be a re-consignment.
