Where can I track my shipment?
You can access tracking for your shipment via the confirmation email you received or under the “Track” tab in the Mothership dashboard.
Once there, you can see the carrier’s progress in real-time.
You can share tracking with teammates directly from this page using the "Share tracking" link located in the top right corner of the map.
On the left-hand side, you can view shipment details along with estimated pick-up and delivery dates.
Under the activity log in the bottom right corner, you’ll be able to see each event that happened in transit.
Direct Shipment tracking will appear Ultra-precise on a map.
Integrated Shipment tracking will be supplemented by updates from the carrier.
How long will my shipment take to deliver?
When you book on our dashboard, you can see your selected mode of transportation and the number of transit days in the pricing module.
Note that for shipments with a national LTL carrier, transit days are estimated unless you purchase a guaranteed rate. For more on delivery times check out this article.
Where is my carrier?
While tracking your carrier, you may notice that your carrier is far away from the apparent delivery route, or maybe even driving in the opposite direction. Don’t be alarmed, your carrier is part of a larger route engineered to serve customers like you equally and effectively.
Our carriers pick up multiple shipments from multiple customers and take them to their various drop-off locations. Our system automatically assigns specific shipments to our carriers in order to both maximize efficiency and meet the delivery windows of all of our customers.
