When it comes to your shipment, everyone wants to know 1. Where is it right now? and 2. When is it going to arrive? Keep key stakeholders informed by sharing the live tracking link from the Mothership Dashboard.

Head to the tracking tab and select the shipment you want to share. Once on the shipment details page, click the "Share tracking" button in the top right corner.

You can put the intended recipient's email in the popup window and click "Send tracking link" whenever ready.

Contacts must be entered one at a time, but there's no limit on how many times you can share the tracking link.

Once you click send tracking, your contacts will be sent a tracking link via email. Once they click the link they will be taken to the Mothership tracking dashboard.

Anybody can view the live tracking page for your shipment, even if they don't have a Mothership account yet.

Provide an MS# (Example: MS5555555) to anyone. They can visit mothership.com and enter the MS# here:

Click track, and you will be taken to a page to track your shipment.
