Do you provide TSA-certified or TWIC drivers for airport and secured deliveries?
What Mothership can and can't guarantee about driver security credentials.
Mothership does not require, track, or verify driver security credentials such as TSA air-cargo screening or a TWIC (port/maritime) card, and cannot guarantee that the driver assigned to your shipment holds a specific certification.
Mothership is a licensed freight broker that connects your shipment with independent carriers in its network. Some carriers may hold credentials like a TWIC on their own, but Mothership does not select or route shipments based on certification, so we can't promise a driver with a particular clearance for airport-adjacent or other secured deliveries.
If your delivery location requires a specific credential, confirm the site's access requirements before booking and contact Support so we can advise. If a certification is mandatory and must be guaranteed, arrange delivery through a provider that can commit to it.
Note: TSA air-cargo screening and a TWIC card are different credentials. TWIC covers secure maritime/port areas, while airport air-cargo access falls under separate TSA programs. Mothership requires neither.
