Redesigned Shipments Overview Page and New Dashboard Sidebar | 2026-10-06
We’ve redesigned key parts of the Mothership dashboard to make shipments, recent quotes, and account tools easier to find.
What changed
The all-shipments page in the Track tab now brings every shipment into one streamlined table, replacing the previous card-based lanes.
The redesigned page includes:
- Enhanced search, sorting, and filtering
- Shipments requiring action displayed at the top
- Views that remain in place when the page is refreshed or shared
- Direct access to individual tracking details by selecting any row
We’ve also introduced a redesigned sidebar with clearer labels and shortcuts. Recent quotes have moved from the top-right corner to the sidebar, where they remain within reach.
Why this matters
The redesigned experience makes it faster to find the shipments that matter, identify what needs attention, and share the same view with your team.
It also reduces the time spent navigating between shipments, recent quotes, and frequently used account tools.
How it works
Open the Track tab to view all your shipments in the new table.
You can:
- Search across your shipments
- Filter by status, canceled shipments, or team member
- Sort by booked date, last update, pickup, delivery, handling units, transit time, or provider
- Select any row to open that shipment’s individual tracking page
Your selected filters and sorting will remain in place when you refresh or share the page.
In the redesigned sidebar:
- Recent quotes have moved from the top-right corner to the sidebar.
- Account tools are available by selecting your name in the bottom-left corner.
- Add a user replaces the former People sidebar item.
- Coverage, rate card information, fuel surcharge information, and Mothership resources are available from the account menu.
- Send invoices by email has moved to Billing.
What to do next
No action is required. These updates are automatically available in your dashboard.
