Direct Local Amazon Appointments

Customers must request access to use Mothership's network to schedule and deliver shipments to Amazon fulfillment locations.

How do I request access to Amazon Appointments for Local Deliveries?

  1. Make a quote in your dashboard that includes one of the recognized Amazon locations as the delivery. You will be presented with a pop-up in your dashboard like the one pictured below, then click request. Your request will be reviewed within one business day.

Why wasn't I approved for FBA Appointments?

  1. This feature is exclusively for medium to high-volume Amazon shippers. You'll need to meet these requirements to be able to book Amazon appointments.

  2. You or a team member has violated our Amazon Appointment Terms of Service.

How to Create an Amazon Appointment

What is required for booking an appointment at an Amazon fulfillment center?

Providing Mothership with the required information is the most important step you can take to make booking your shipment and pick-up quick and easy, as well as to ensure your freight arrives at its destination as planned.

Requirements include:

  • Valid FBA Number

  • Purchase order number

  • Piece type: Carton, box

  • Piece count

How much do appointments cost?

$25 per appointment.

How early in advance do I have to book an Amazon Delivery on a given day?

Be sure to plan, and give your delivery as much lead time as possible. Delivery appointments are based on availability at the Amazon FBA warehouse and often take up to 1 business day to schedule.

Your shipments ready for pickup time will be the earliest a shipment can be picked up, but it does not guarantee that freight will be picked up on that day.

Can I request a certain day or time for my Amazon appointment?

Mothership will book the earliest delivery appointment based on your freight-ready time.

What if I have a pre-set Amazon Appointment?

To use your pre-set appointment, select โ€œDo you have an appointment already?โ€ and provide the relevant information to ensure your shipment can be serviced properly.

Cancelling or making changes to your Amazon Appointment

Should you need to make shipment changes, all changes should be more than 72 hours before the Scheduled Arrival Time (delivery appointment) to avoid a fee.

Late Cancellation:

A Late Cancellation refers to a shipment with an Amazon appointment that is canceled less than 72 hours before the Scheduled Arrival Time.

In the event of a Late Cancellation, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

Late Reschedule:

A Late Reschedule refers to a shipment with an Amazon appointment that is rescheduled less than 72 hours before the Scheduled Arrival Time, regardless of the reason.

In the event of Late rescheduling, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.

Integrated National Less-than-truckload Amazon Appointments

All customers can book shipments on third-party LTL carriers and request Amazon appointments. Appointment scheduling will be handled by your LTL carrier, not by Mothership.

Providing the LTL Carrier with the required information is the most important step you can take to make booking your shipment and pick-up quick and easy, as well as to ensure your freight arrives at its destination as planned.

  • Valid FBA Number

  • Purchase order number

  • Piece count

How much do appointments cost with National LTL carriers?

They are included in your quoted price.
