Amazon has high standards for on-time delivery to their distribution centers. The below rules are meant to help us uphold those standards to ensure your shipments receive the best service possible. To use our shipment services to Amazon Distribution Centers, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Late Cancellation or Rescheduling

Shipment cancellation or changes within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery appointment will incur a $25 fee.

Cancellation Frequency

Canceling more than 1 in every 10 shipments risks suspension of Amazon location delivery access. A cancellation within the first 10 shipments results in a warning plus the aforementioned fee.

Failing to complete 10 consecutive shipments without a cancellation after the first warning, plus the aforementioned fee, leads to immediate suspension.
