At Mothership, we understand that having visual documentation of your shipments is crucial. Having access to photos of your shipment at pickup and delivery offers peace of mind. Thanks to the photos provided by our carriers, you can see the condition of your items before and after transit, ensuring you're fully informed about their status. This is especially important for valuable shipments, and it streamlines the claims process in case you encounter any issues during transportation.

Will photos be available for all of my shipments?

Photos are currently available for shipments on our same-day network, serviced by carriers using the Mothership app. All photos captured through the app now include timestamped watermarks with the exact date, time, location, and GPS coordinates where they were taken.

When will the photos of my shipment be available?

The photos of your shipment will be available shortly after the pickup and delivery processes are completed. As soon as our drivers capture the required images, they will be uploaded to our system.

Where can I find my shipment photos?

Locating your shipment photos is quick and easy. After logging in to the Mothership dashboard, head to the shipment tracking or invoice detail pages. There, you'll find viewer and download links for both pickup and delivery photos related to your shipment — now including timestamped watermarks that show the exact date, time, location, and GPS coordinates each photo was taken.

Photos are available to download indefinitely, ensuring verified shipment records are accessible 24/7.

How will I know what I'm looking at?
To make it simple for you, each photo will be labeled with your shipment number, the type of stop (pickup or delivery), and a unique number specific to that stop. This labeling system is designed to help you easily identify and access the photos associated with your shipment.

How will these photos help me in case of a claim?
In the unfortunate event that you need to file a claim, timestamped shipment photos provide verified evidence of your freight’s condition at pickup and delivery — including the exact time and location they were taken. They serve as strong evidence to support your case and speed up the claims process, ensuring that your issues are resolved promptly.
