How does Mothership determine when an address needs a specific accessorial?
Mothership uses a combination of public data sources to determine whether a location is a residential address or a limited access location and automatically adds the correct accessorials.
Additionally, open and close hours will automatically be added to the pick-up and delivery locations.
How do I know an accessorial has been automatically added to my shipment?
Mothership will denote the accessorials on the shipment review and final checkout pages. If you do not need these accessorials, please deselect them from either your shipment's pick-up or delivery side.
