Mothership does not accommodate residential pick-ups.
Residential delivery
Your freight was delivered to a residence or non-commercial location. This must be indicated at time of booking by selecting "Residential" in the accessorial drop-down.
Delivery to residences/non-commercial locations shall be limited to the front entrance, back door, garage, or carport.
Residential service is $25 for direct shipments. Please ensure you select the residential accessorial at booking. Otherwise, you will be re-billed and charged a residential adjustment fee after the shipment is complete. Learn more about rebills here.
Note: When ShipBot detects a residential address, the residential accessorial will automatically be applied to your shipment. If ShipBot incorrectly selects this accessorial, you can remove it. Learn more about automatic accessorials in this article.
The term “residences/non-commercial” includes homes, businesses operating within a private residence, places of worship, schools, daycares, camps, farms, storage facilities, and other locations not recognized as commercial locations.
