Your freight must be ready to be picked up within 15 minutes of the Mothership partner arriving at the pick-up location. If your freight is not ready after the 15-minute grace period and your carrier cannot wait, you will be charged a fee of $49 (standard pallet rate) for a pick-up attempt.

If your carrier has an open schedule, you may choose to incur accessorial fees for additional carrier wait time in lieu of cancellation. If you incur wait time and your freight is still not ready, you will be charged for both the cancellation and for the time incurred.

For integrated (LTL) pickup attempts, the carrier may not always be able to wait for pick-up. The fee charged by the carrier may be different based on the carrier assigned to handle your freight. For more questions, please contact the Mothership support team via the “Support” tab of the Dashboard.
