If you need to revise the pallet count of your shipment after you've booked, please contact the Mothership support team, and we'll process the update as soon as possible.
There may be fees associated with this update, depending on the type of shipment and the shipment status.
Mothership Carrier Network shipments
If your shipment has not yet been assigned to a driver, you can cancel and re-book the shipment with the updated cargo information, without being charged. This is the fastest way to add or remove cargo.
If your shipment has already been assigned to a driver, however, you will need to reach out to Support through the Mothership dashboard to update your cargo details for you. You will incur a $20 fee per additional pallet added.
If you need to remove cargo, the price of the shipment will remain the same if the shipment has already been allocated to a driver. You can view your shipment status in the top left-hand corner of the tracking page or in your shipment history by clicking View all updates.
National LTL Partner Carrier shipments
If you need to change the pallet count, dimensions, or weight of an National LTL Partner Carrier shipment that you've already booked, unfortunately, the shipment must be canceled and rebooked.
Shipments booked through a national partner carrier network are quoted based on the exact count, dimensions, and weight entered before booking. If this information changes, this will impact your pricing and require a new booking.
