How do I track a National LTL Partner Carrier shipment?

Where can I track my shipment?

Visit your dashboard, click Tracking on the menu on the left side. To search for a specific shipment within the tracking dashboard, you can either enter the reference number or a keyword associated with the shipment (e.g. business name).

You can share tracking with teammates directly from this page using the "Share tracking" link located in the top right corner of the map.

This tracking page includes a "shipping history" in the top right-hand corner of the tracking map, which lists all relevant shipment milestones. This is a great resource for terminal arrivals/departures.

How does tracking work for National LTL Partner Carriers?

National LTL Partner Carrier shipments use hub-to-hub tracking. Instead of live GPS, you’ll get real-time status updates every time your shipment is scanned or updated in the partner carrier’s system, from pickup to delivery. It’s the same data the carrier sees, delivered to you instantly.
