What is the Mothership Access Plan?

Mothership works with shippers across all stages of growth. To ensure every customer gets the right level of service, accounts are placed on different plans based on their shipping activity.

If your shipping volume falls below the enterprise threshold, your account may be transitioned to the Mothership Access Plan. This is a standard account tier that gives you continued access to the platform and its core freight services.

What can I do on the Access Plan?

With an Access Plan account, you can still:

  • Book and manage shipments through the Mothership dashboard

  • Access real-time tracking and delivery status updates

  • Receive freight quotes for your shipments

  • Contact Mothership support via the Support tab in your dashboard

What if my shipping needs change?

If your shipping volume increases, a member of the Mothership team will reach out to discuss your account options. You're also welcome to contact your account representative at any time with questions about your account status or shipping needs.
