Prepay is now fully available to all customers, giving every shipper the ability to load funds in advance and pay instantly for shipments. As part of this expansion, we’ve also introduced a new self-service Pro Forma invoice feature, designed for customers who need official payment documentation before submitting transfers.
With this update, you can now:
Generate Pro Forma invoices directly in your dashboard
Use Prepay across all shipments, with full platform access
Receive clearer notifications whenever new funds are added to your Prepay balance
Enjoy a smoother experience with stability improvements following last week’s initial release

What to do next
To generate a Pro Forma invoice or load Prepay funds, go to the Mothership Dashboard → click your username (bottom-left) → Settings → Billing.
