Prepay Funds: Low Balance Alerts Now Available
We’ve added helpful logic to alert users when their prepaid funds are running low, ensuring smoother operations and fewer missed shipments. When your available balance reaches roughly three shipping days’ worth of funds, you’ll automatically receive both email and in-product notifications prompting you to add funds.
Impact
Prepay users now have clear visibility into when they’re nearing a low balance, helping prevent booking disruptions and reducing unexpected pauses in shipment activity. Alerts appear directly within your dashboard and are also sent via email for additional visibility.
