You can now add accessorials directly during the initial quoting stage to ensure more accurate pricing upfront. This update improves cost visibility for all customers and reduces the likelihood of downstream rebills. During early experimentation, customers who used this new quoting flow saw a meaningful decrease in rebill frequency — leading us to expand the feature to everyone.
Impact
Customers will now see an “Accessorials” section in the quoting flow, allowing them to select common add-ons (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery, limited access) before submitting a quote. This ensures charges are reflected in the initial quote rather than added later, resulting in fewer surprises and more predictable shipment costs.
