Scheduled delivery window

A scheduled delivery window is a delivery scheduling feature available for eligible Mothership Carrier Network (local) single shipments. The fee for a scheduled delivery window is $15 per shipment.

When you select Schedule a delivery window during booking, Mothership sends an invitation to the delivery contact, allowing them to choose from available 4-hour delivery windows. Once a window is selected, both the shipper and recipient receive confirmation, and the shipment is updated with the scheduled delivery time.

If the recipient does not select a delivery window within five days, the shipment will be canceled, and applicable refunds will be processed.

Note: Scheduled Delivery Windows are different from the Appointment accessorial, which is available on both Mothership Carrier Network (local) and National LTL Partner Carrier shipments. Rather than allowing recipients to select from available delivery windows, the Appointment accessorial requires the carrier to coordinate delivery directly with the recipient.
