How do I report driver misconduct or file a complaint?
How to report a driver issue and what Mothership can do.
Contact Support (dashboard chat or the Support tab) to report any driver behavior issue — unprofessional conduct, harassment, or unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Include your shipment number, the date, time, and location, and a description of what happened (plus photos or names if you have them). Mothership investigates every report and can take action against the driver up to and including permanent removal from the network.
