LTL Carrier Scorecard In-Dashboard | 2026-10-09

On 10/9/2026, we're replacing the star ratings on our LTL carrier scorecard with real performance data. Here's exactly what changes, and how to read the new scorecard.

What's changing

  1. Real rates replace relative star ratings. The old scorecard rated each carrier from 3.0 to 5.0 stars relative to other carriers, and was updated quarterly. Starting 10/9/2026, you see each carrier's actual performance rates instead.
  2. On-time is split into pickup and delivery. You now see an on-time pickup rate and an on-time delivery rate, so you can judge each part of the move separately.
  3. Rebills and damage & loss are shown as rates. Rebill rate and damage & loss rate are listed as percentages for each carrier, so you can compare them directly.
  4. One overall rating on a full 1 to 5 scale. Each carrier still gets one overall rating. It now runs from 1 to 5, based on how the carrier performed against set thresholds, not on how it ranks against other carriers.
  5. The scorecard moves into your dashboard. No more quarterly scorecard image. The scorecard is in your dashboard, and metrics refresh every 30 days, using the last 60 days for on-time pickup and delivery and the last 120 days for rebill rate, average rebill cost, and damage & loss.
  6. Filter by the carriers that matter to you. Select one to start filtering, so you only see the carriers you care about.
  7. Export via PDF to share with your teammates. Download a PDF of the scorecard when you want to share it offline.

Why we're making this change

We want to be as transparent as possible. We want you to pick a carrier based on the metrics that matter most to your business. And we want those metrics to be easy to understand and act on. Real rates in your dashboard do that better than relative star ratings.

What you need to do

Nothing right now. The scorecard is live in your dashboard: Carrier Scorecard. For full metric definitions, see the LTL Carrier Scorecard FAQ.
