Mothership's single-device policy
At Mothership, our commitment is to constantly improve service quality and operational efficiency. As part of this commitment, we have introduced a single-device policy for our app users. This policy plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate location tracking and optimal route management, leading to enhanced service for all our carriers.
How it works
One active session per account: The Mothership app is designed to support only one active session per account at any time. If you try to log in while another session is already active with the same login credentials, you will be given the option to end the other session.
Individual accounts for every driver: Each driver within an organization must have their own account. The use of shared accounts for multiple drivers is not compatible with this policy.
Optimized app experience: Our app has been upgraded with features such as high-quality Google navigation and real-time in-app notifications for new load offers. These improvements make using the app on a single device more efficient, removing the need for multiple devices.
Why does this policy matter?
Accurate location tracking: To provide the best loads and optimal routes, accurate location data is crucial. Multiple logins under the same account disrupt this accuracy, leading to potential missed opportunities.
