Why was I placed on a waitlist?

Carriers are placed on waitlists if they are not in an active same-day zone or have been inactive during their onboarding process.

Mothership prioritizes maintaining a thriving network for all carriers. To ensure the best experience for all parties, we take several steps to manage our carrier network effectively. While you may currently be on our waitlist, there are a few factors that could have contributed to your waitlist status.

Location matters

We consider the truck parking address provided during your onboarding to determine if you are located near one of our same-day local zones. If you are far outside of our current local zones, we will save your information and review your account as soon as we expand into your area.

No recent Account Activity

The quickest way to join our network is by completing the setup process promptly. If you started the sign-up process but haven't made progress in some time, our system automatically places your account on the waitlist. You can pick up where you left off at any time, and our team will be in touch once we receive all the required information.

No activity in 90 days

We understand that the availability of loads can be beyond a carrier's control. However, we strive to maintain an engaged carrier supply within each of our same-day local zones. If there has been no activity on the Mothership Carrier app for 90 consecutive days, carriers may be placed on the waitlist.

We appreciate your interest in joining our network, and we want to ensure that we provide the best possible experience once you're onboarded. We are here to help and look forward to the opportunity to work with you in the future.
