Support is available Monday through Friday via the live chat feature in your dashboard, there is no phone number for our support team.

Mothership offers support via our live chat feature in your dashboard.

At Mothership, we're dedicated to providing excellent customer support to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Live Chat Support: Our friendly support team is ready to assist you via our live chat feature within your dashboard. Simply log in to your account and click on the Support tab located on the left-hand side.

  • Exclusive for Mothership Customers: Please note that our live chat support is available exclusively to Mothership customers. If you're not a customer yet, we encourage you to join our platform to enjoy the benefits of our dedicated support.

  • Non-Mothership Account Holder: Don't have a Mothership account? If you're unable to access your account or require support on behalf of the account holder, please reach out to the shipping party or the Mothership account holder in your organization. They will be able to assist you by contacting our support team.

To get started, click the Support tab on the left-hand side of your Mothership Dashboard.

To initiate the support process, click on the Support tab located on the left-hand side of your Mothership Dashboard.

You will then see a pop-up at the bottom of your browser window, this is our Help Center.

To speak to a member of our support team, click "Send us a message".

The chat feature will prompt you with a few questions automatically. This allows our support team to understand your requirements better and join the conversation ready to guide you with fast resolution.

Support Availability

Chat Support Hours: Our support team is based in the US and is available Sunday 9pm CT - Friday 9pm CT. During these hours, you can expect prompt assistance via our live chat feature.

Weekends and Holidays: Please note that live chat support is not available on weekends or major holidays. However, our extensive collection of help articles and chat automation is accessible 24/7, allowing you to find answers even when live support is unavailable. For general shipping status, please be sure to leverage your dashboard.
