How do I purchase additional coverage for my shipment?

Here are the details on how FreightProtect™ coverage is applied to your shipment.

During checkout, FreightProtect™ coverage is automatically applied to your shipment. FreightProtect™ offers 100% reimbursement on the declared value of your freight and claims can get approved in as little as 24 hours. If the declared value of your freight exceeds the $7,500 in automatic coverage, you can add further coverage.

However, it's also possible to opt-out and rely solely on the carrier's insurance. It's important to keep in mind that the carrier's insurance may take up to 120 days to approve or deny claims.
