What is a bill-of-lading (BOL or B/L)?

A BOL is a document issued to the shipper detailing the shipment method and path. It serves as a contract, receipt, and proof of ownership. It is required at every step of the way during your shipment.

Once logged in to your Mothership account, you can view digital BOLs from either the Tracking page or the Billing page. BOLs from both active and completed shipments can be found in either location. For extended shipments, BOLs will also be sent via email within 30 minutes of booking.
