Why is there a restriction on my account?

If you receive an error message that there is a restriction on your account (see image below), it is likely because you have an outstanding payment or a payment has been disputed or declined. As soon as the issue is resolved, the restriction will be lifted immediately.

Please contact the Mothership support team via the “Support” tab of the Dashboard, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
