I received a "no rates found" error message.

How to avoid this error and make sure you get an accurate quote.

Our platform was built to provide your business with multiple service options, so you can select the quote, speed, and price that work for your business.

Occasionally, when booking, you may come across a "no rates found" error message (see image below).

The most common reason for this is typically a typo around the freight dimensions, weight, or pallet count. Please re-check your freight width, height, length, weight or item count for accuracy.

If you confirm your dimensions are all correct, please contact the Mothership support team via the “Support” tab of the Dashboard.
