The in-dashboard feedback feature lets you easily share product feedback, ideas, and suggestions directly with Mothership’s product and engineering teams—without leaving the Dashboard. Many of the features available today were inspired by customer input, and your input continues to shape what we build next.
Where can I find the feedback tool?
You can access the feedback tool directly in the Mothership Dashboard:
Open the Mothership Dashboard
Click Feedback in the left-hand sidebar
What kind of feedback should I submit?
Use this tool to share:
Product feedback or usability suggestions
Feature ideas or enhancement requests
Workflow improvements or pain points
What should I not use this tool for?
The feedback tool is not intended for:
Shipment requests or booking questions
Live delivery issues or exceptions
Account, billing, or time-sensitive operational support

Who receives my feedback?
Your feedback is sent directly to Mothership’s product and engineering teams, where it’s reviewed alongside other customer input and considered as part of our product planning process.
Can I submit feedback at any time?
Yes. Feedback can be submitted anytime through the Dashboard using the Feedback option in the left-hand sidebar.
Will I receive a response to my feedback?
While we may not be able to respond to every submission individually, all feedback is reviewed and helps inform future product improvements.
How should I get help if something is urgent?
