To improve pickup and delivery clarity and reduce rebills tied to missing or incomplete contact information, we’ve added new First Name and Last Name fields for on-site contacts within the quoting flow.
New First and Last Name fields for pickup and delivery contacts improve clarity for carriers, reduce rebill risk, and enhance visibility across Tracking and key shipment documents such as the Bill of Lading (BOL).
