# Delayed shipments now highlighted on your tracking page | 2026-10-27

You can now see which shipments are delayed, and why, right on your Track shipments page, without clicking into each one to find out.

**Release Date:** 2026-10-27

### **What changed**

Your Track shipments page now highlights delayed shipments, so you can see which ones need attention at a glance.

The update includes:

- A Delayed status in the Delivery status column, with the reason for the delay in plain words
- An updated delivery estimate in the Deliver to column
- A Delayed filter that shows only your delayed shipments, with a count of how many there are
- A clear explanation of the delay on the shipment detail page
- Status that updates automatically as carriers send new delivery dates

### **Why this matters**

Previously, finding delayed freight meant clicking into every shipment one by one. Now the shipments that need your attention stand out on the Track shipments page, so you can act sooner and give your own customers a heads-up earlier.

### **How it works**

1. A shipment is marked Delayed when its expected delivery date moves later than the delivery date you saw at booking.
2. Go to Track and click the Delayed filter above your shipments table.
3. Check the reason and the updated estimate for each delayed shipment.
4. Click a shipment to see the full explanation of the delay.
5. If the carrier moves the delivery date back to the original date or earlier, the shipment shows as On-time again.

### **What to do next**

No action is required. Delayed shipments are highlighted in Track now.
