Can I pay the driver in cash, or tip them directly?

No. Drivers cannot request or accept cash payment or tips directly from shippers or consignees — all charges are handled through Mothership. If a driver ever asks for a direct or cash payment, decline and contact Support. Everything you owe is billed to your account, so nothing is ever due to the driver at pickup or delivery.
