Can I dispute the late delivery for a shipment with a National LTL Partner Carrier?

Only guaranteed shipments are eligible for late delivery disputes.

Only guaranteed shipments are eligible for late delivery disputes. In some cases, carriers will refund the guaranteed portion of your shipment cost if a shipment does not arrive by the specified delivery window.

It's important to note that for non-guaranteed shipments, National LTL Partner Carriers provide estimated delivery dates, meaning the shipment may arrive on a date other than the one specified.

Important: Disputes must be submitted within 15 days of the ship date. After this window, most carriers will no longer accept or process the claim.

Can I get a refund if my delivery is a day or two late?

Usually not. Standard LTL transit times are estimates, not guarantees, so carriers generally do not refund when a delivery arrives later than the estimated delivery date on Standard service. If a guaranteed-by-date service was purchased and the carrier missed it, that's the exception — a guaranteed shipment may qualify for a refund of the guarantee charge. If you need a firm date, choose guaranteed service at booking.
