How do I reset or change my password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the Mothership login screen — if you're already logged in, log out first. You'll get an email with a link to set a new password. Steps below.
From the Mothership log-in, enter your email address and select the "Forgot password?" link.
Note - if you're already logged in, you'll need to log out first.
An email will be sent to the account on file. Just click the link in the email, which will take you to a screen to input a new password.
Once you've updated your password, you're all set to sign in and start shipping.
