A Mothership Shipment ID is a unique six character alphanumeric code assigned to each Mothership shipment. This is the primary way we keep track of and identify our shipments.

Please have this number ready when contacting us regarding your shipment. You can locate this from both the tracking and billing pages on our website. It is also written on your BOL and in the confirmation email you receive after booking each shipment.
