A delivery order (D.O.) is a document that includes the name of whomever will be picking up and delivering a shipment at a warehouse or place of business. It also includes specific information such as freight contents.
Is a Delivery Order Required?
In most cases, a BOL from us is adequate and a D.O. is only required when specified by the pick-up or delivery location.
