If you need to cancel a shipment, you will not be charged a fee if your shipment hasn't been assigned to a driver yet. However, if a driver is already on their way to pick up the shipment, cancellation fees will apply.

  • For direct shipments, the cancellation fee starts at $49. This applies to Standard service level, but please be aware that this charge doesn't cover any wait time beyond the provided free time.

  • Direct shipments requiring a tractor trailer incur a $200 charge if the driver is en route to pickup at time of cancellation.

  • For shipments with an Amazon appointment a cancellation fee of $25 applies if the shipment is canceled less than 72 hours before the Scheduled Arrival Time.

  • Cancellation fees for integrated shipments vary depending on the LTL carrier involved.

Please reference the guide below for additional detail.

  • Unallocated - our system is waiting to send offers to nearby drivers until your shipment's freight ready time is approaching.

  • Finding carrier - the automatic dispatch has been deployed and a driver is being located.

  • Carrier allocated - the dispatch has been accepted, and a driver is now assigned.

  • Enroute to pickup - the driver assigned is now on the way to pick up your freight.

You can see all shipment statuses on your main tracking page or on the Activity timeline within a specific shipment. Live tracking does not start UNTIL carrier starts and updates shipment from carrier allocated to enroute to pickup
