No. Drivers cannot request or accept cash payment or tips directly from shippers or recipients — all charges are handled through Mothership. If a driver ever asks for a direct or cash payment, decline and contact Support. Everything you owe is billed to your account (viewable in Billing), so nothing is ever due to the driver at pickup or delivery.
