Can I set up a blind or double-blind shipment?

It depends on the service. For Local Same-Day (Mothership Carrier Network), blind shipments are not supported. For National LTL, a blind (and sometimes double-blind) shipment can sometimes be arranged, depending on the carrier.
A blind shipment hides the shipper's identity from the consignee (or vice versa) on the paperwork; a double-blind hides both parties from each other. Because it requires special BOL handling, contact Support to set it up rather than booking it self-serve, and tell us which party should be blind.
